I'm used to UA, where your survey responses just go out into the void.
So I was surprised to get an email response to an Alaska Listens survey I filled out two weeks ago. I had commented on poor quality food in F on SFO-HNL, as well as FAs serving it in the foil container, and that we had waited for a gate at HNL for 35 minutes on arrival. Got a lengthy response and . . . (drum roll) . . . a $25 discount certificate. Not exactly UA scale compensation (where nonfunctioning wifi may get you $150), but I guess it's the thought that counts
