Hi,

Does anyone know if tourists can get the prepaid plans at carriers instead of the tourist plans?

I'm considering Yoigo La Prepago de 4GB for 15€ or Orange Mundo 3GB for 15€.

Orange also has a "Holidays" plan but it's 35€.
