Not on united.com but you can use " ITA matrix" -- it takes some learning to use.

UA does publish a monthly schedule on routes using UX, narrowbodies, and widebodies -- see www.unitedcargo.com

There are also many FT threads on tracking certain aircraft types -- especially lie-flats or new Polaris seats.
