Funny story behind it actually. They USED to mail the photo out with the fine notice. HOWEVER the photos are often taken front on and occupants are often VERY visible and identifiable. (ryan754 take careful note!)

It seems a few wives opening the domestic mail were rather surprised to see hubby in vehicle sitting next to an attractive blonde, at 3pm June 7 on the Central Coast, when hubby was 'supposed' to be in an all day budget meeting in the city etc until 10pm.

They stopped mailing them pretty fast for "privacy" reasons, maybe as politicians or police brass were getting them in the post, and decided to get smart and CHARGE for prints if you asked for one.
