I stayed in the HI Express last August for $99 and was pleasantly surprised by the good sized room and the generally good quality of the whole hotel - mainly because it is very new.

My only problem was getting there, since the taxi driver had never heard of it and took me to the HI instead. I assume this is less of a problem a year later.

One warning - I seem to remember seeing a sign in the hotel saying the shuttle only ran ONCE PER HOUR. I can't remember if this was all day or just at night - as I wasn't using it I didn't pay close attention. You may want to call the property and check.
