Hi just got a call from sq stating that My first flight is delayed and I will be missing my next flight out leaving me with 12 hours at singapore airport. What are my options try to get a compensation for the time loss - not sure what is there policy in the same. Missing my connection by 30 minutes will they delay the next flight? There is a China southern flight 5 hours later than my scheduled flight will they put me on that if I push them? Any inputs are welcome. Flying business if it matters.
