Huh? A 13" laptop should fit easily in a 34x20x20 bag. A 15" laptop would be a bit of a tight squeeze. 34cmx20cm is nearly 16" diagonal. 15" and 17" laptops are pretty common though so I guess the question stands for them.

Yes, agreed. It is crazy. I’ve wasted a whole day trying to work it out. It IS crazy to have to go out and find a bag to fit Ryanair’s dimension, and to leave behind a 13” laptop because you refuse to be conned by this airline that’s already robbed me for having to pay to print my tickets early because I’m non-EU and no printer access on weekend in this village. I believe all this obsfuscation is to trick people into buying extras to mend Ryanair’s financial problems.
