I must say I never came across P Class in CX before.
I didn't see clear enough to tell if the baggage tag was originally issued by CX. But the priority tag is DEFINITELY that of CX.
Perhaps the pax arrived from US, transit on AA "P" (first) class on 2 class service, and tag issued there. the priority tag could have been attached later at transit in CX port.
didn't bother to check the origin though. it's not good practice to stare at someone's lugguage...
