Laptop bag in addition to the carry on will be fine - Eurowings some time ago aligned with the rest of the LH group in regard to carry-on allowances:
one carry-on item free of charge
- max. 8 kg
- size limit of 55 x 40 x 23 cm
- folding garment bags are considered carry-on items up to a size of 57 x 54 x 15 cm.
Carry-on items may not be larger or heavier.
In addition, each passenger may carry on board a further small item of carry-on items, not exceeding 40 x 30 x 10 cm (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, briefcase, folder satchel, etc.).
