Before, there would usually be a small group <5 GS waiting out of line at the gate. Now there are the 5 GS plus the 30+ 1K waiting around. Created a new problem IMO.
Just boarded UA 960 EWR to FRA -they boarded parents with children, disabilities, GS and 1K all at once - probably 80 people - this isn’t going to work long term lol
