First Prestige AF hit approximately 10 days ago. I called the day after it hit and the rep was adamant about no offers. I called again today and the rep told me I'd be losing Admirals Club access if I downgraded and I got to awkwardly explain that the admirals club benefit was eliminated before I even opened the card a year ago... they put me on hold and offered 5k TYP (no spend requirement) on my next statement and I accepted - not great but no spend requirement is nice.
