The time to post varies with just about every case. Your real question should be when do they pull the preference? Is it passed to the property at time of booking? My suggestion would be to chat with the property to see if they see anything stating what to post? If not, then you might be good to go with getting points. But I'd still follow up with a CSR to see what they say. Unfortunately there is no guarantee they will be right.
