So I can escalate this? I got a hold of a rep yesterday and she said it was a systemic denial. Or something along the lines of it. She refused to get into details and told me to look at the letter that will be sent to my house. She also mentioned that they pulled Experian and apparently I have too many inquiries on my account. I only got 1 credit card and 1 credit limit increase since June 2018. I don't understand how that counts as too many unless the soft inquiries from the websites that I use to check for pre-qualify offers counts as an inquiry, which would suck if true since it was mentioned that it was soft.
