Im only heading to WAW (band 3?) but it turns out it’s a very friendly and pro-active CSM called TJ (not afraid to name and praise!) He says he does this for all GCHs. He’s also offered to deal with any BAEC issues I have! (So those missing TPS where I was incorrectly named Mrs TJH instead of Mr may yet appear).

Its the little things that make a big difference - and it reminds me that a good CC is the key to a successful flight. (Well, plus a capable F.C.!)

Already the best SH flight this year and we’ve not left the stand.
