The only thing worse than a unfavorable schedule change is an unknown one. App says reservation changed but Reservations agent couldn't find anything. Sitting in Row 4 makes me worried about a last minute tail swap and downgrade, but agent has 16F. Another segment shows no seat assignments in the app but she still shows the correct ones on her side.

Also, was welcomed as an MVP on the "Gold Line", maybe I didn't get the Gold treatment?
