Booze is available in Y on rouge, you just have to pay for it. 2 options for a Y meal is standard on most airlines, if you had 3 options, that's pretty good

rouge does not offer seatback IFE Did you confuse their ipad as AVOD? or did the aircraft actully have seatback IFE - which would mean they never fully reconfigured that FIN.
