PE Rouge is more than a free booze and more comfortable. Seat is similar to NA Business Class; you get one NA Business Class quality meal and free booze; free iPad. While it's not that much and the price someone is ready to pay for that is quite debatable, I personally think it was a reasonnable offer.
...and let's call it by its name it's ROUGE not ROGUE. I get the joke and it's all over this forum. However, I don't think it's appropriate to just change the name and act like it's normal given the signification of the word.
