"It's always how it's been done" and/or "all my friends jump off a cliff so I should do it too" aren't particularly valid reasons to continue to do something. Especially when there is an alternative.
We are at risk of going in circles though. I hope HKSARG/AAHK changes its ways. I'm more than happy to be proven wrong.
