Interesting the DoC post suggests that AMEX can take care of it from their side. But the agent I spoke with on chat said it has to go through Amazon. Hopefully Amazon comes through. It’s an item that we need to use now, not in 2 days. I guess we can just order it again and pay with card, then return the note recent item under the first order invoice. But I’d rather avoid all this. I’ll update this thread on what happens.
