The back gets hot and the front is cold, and they cant adjust it because its a single zone and they'll make one end of the plane worse.

Maybe nobody else has had this issue. I'm not usually someone who cares about this kind of thing, but it was seriously cold. If I had to guess, it was in the low 50s. The first time it happened, everyone in the first four rows got 15k miles out of it, but I really wished I had packed a jacket of some sort.
I am glad I'm not the only one that noticed this. When sitting in the 2nd thru 4th rows of C+ on the 75S (back when it operated RDU-CDG), I got very cold. And my flight was on an ex-TWA aircraft.

I usually never need a blanket on flights, but it took a blanket plus a jacket for me to not "freeze" . My seatmate made a comment to me that it must've been 50-55 degrees, but to this day, I thought I was imagining it because my friend in the back was just fine.

I never thought of compensation because I just put on my headphones and went into cryosleep for 5 hours

Very OT: Who would've guessed that my 757th post on FlyerTalk would be about the 757
