I know I know. I might change my mind and book it but I only want PE if I can sit in the bulkhead row with the actual footrest. I know its petty but that's what I want. If I can't get that I don't want to spend and extra $300 per ticket to end up in the other two rows and if I have to pay $80 bucks to pick them that's $380, that's almost an entire extra trip to Madrid earlier in the year to see family. Multiply that by two trips I have to make in July and you are looking at almost an extra $750 just for PE. So yes, I know only I can make that choice but it's hard to find any info on IB let alone the fact that I can't select seats even when buying a PE fare. Like I said I have two flights on hold again since they went down $55 since I booked it yesterday. I am just concerned that for whatever reason the full refund won't come thru. I'll just keep holding them daily until I can be sure.
