I had a similar issue with AM flights last Nov. Did you purchase your ticket from DL or AM? If the latter, you may have to jump thru some additional "hoops." I had a similar issue last Nov., with an AM purchased ticket, and eventually, if I recall correctly, had to fax ticket copies to DL. Additionally, I had purchased a discount J fare and, despite calling the Diamond Desk several times, have not yet received the MQM bonus for flying business YYZ-MEX-EZE, only the coach miles. Also, AM lost one of my bags at MEX on this trip and, despite repeated requests, I only finally received payment from them two weeks ago! If my wife wasn't a fluent Spanish speaker, I probably would never have received anything.
