There was also a spat between Wisconsin and Washburn, a tiny university in Kansas, over using the same looking W in their logos. (Nobody in the history of humankind has ever confused these two schools with each other. They never play each other in any sport, nor compete in the same division in any sport.)

I remember the two WWFs in a spat - that was definitely back in the era when they were both known as WWF.

Now I'm waiting for WW to open a chain of hotels where all you can get for breakfast is smoothies and protein bars. Start a loyalty program, call it WWPG, don't treat Platinums like crap, have a website that works, and they might be on to something...
