Did the 15K promo for 3 people (me + parents). Stayed end of July. No points posted. Called on my own, they posted them manually after 2 phone transfers. My dad they said they'd email a specialist who rejected the claim ("Your stays are not in the spreadsheet from Masterpass"). I emailed back that this is false and they granted the points as a "courtesy". Tried to save time with my mom's points and did the "Missing Points" claim form on wyndhamrewards.com. They rejected those with the same excuse ("I reviewed your request for the MasterPass Bonus points and was not able to find your info on the spreadsheet sent over by MasterPass.") Will be calling later tonight. Feels like an insurance company.
