Hi mad_atta! Yes, the first row of premium economy has wall mounted screens that are a little higher, and a little further away than the non-bulkhead premium seats. The screens are angled downwards so the angle should be ok, but the distance is further, so the field of view is relatively smaller than non-bulkhead seats. You will also need to stretch more to reach the touchscreen (But you do have the option of using the handheld controller as well.).

Just as an FYI, on some of SQ's SIN-SYD flights, the A380's have the new cabin configuration, where the premium economy cabin is right in front of the A380 main deck, rather than behind Suites.
