I haven't combined my accounts either. Have tried signing out but every time I sign back in, it says Welcome Back SPG Member. I suspect it's because, contrary to good practice, my credentials for both programmes are the same and it's defaulting to SPG when it finds two profiles.
If both accounts have the same email address, then you must use your account numbers (see previous account summaries). You can try logging into your SPG account and set a different email address and go back in with the original email to get the other account. If you have a GMail account, try using
[email protected] or
[email protected] (not sure if the + will be accepted).
