There is the 35 day posting rule however a very cheap way of getting around this is to use pizza hut or dominos. They often post in about 10 days ( well have done with me anyway) so short cuts and brings the time down. Obviously I can't promise this but for the sack of £10-20 or so it's worth a try as the stated rule is + 35-40 days.

Booking.com is someone to avoid. I have more than once waited the staggering 120 days after stay and still had to submit a ticket to get them credited. I only bother as it's often a massive ( 5000+) chunk of miles.
