Only one protein for a change 🙁. Still haven’t figured out this chicken dish. Maybe tandoori but paired with polenta and carrots? This time served with an unidentifiable sauce. Looked like a chicken gravy, found capers in sauce but it was not piccata. Okay but weird entree. Chicken dry, carrots and polenta good. Foil is a heated white roll - not sure why the meal doesn’t come with a whole grain option.
