HELP!!!!! Need to go DFW-->Gillette, WYoming in Aug, but REALLY want to fly AA. How close can I get to Gillette on AA? Last time flew into Denver, but that was a L O N G drive. Anything closer?

I checked the schedules and saw nothing closer than Jackson Hole, Colorado Springs and Denver.

If absolutely nec., I'd be willing to fly another carrier if I could get at least one segment on AA, hopefully maximizing the AA portion. Looking for a fare under $600.

As an aside, any thoughts on why AA coverage seems so sparse in the region?
