Same guy (exact same part of the lounge/v.similar clothing) in the Pier F lounge this morning doing exactly the same thing. 6 bottles of San Pellegrino packed into two rucksacks. Also, a travel mug that he carried back & forth to the bar area, with god knows what inside it What is wrong with these people
