Perhaps W hotels should sue George W. Bush first (since people call him "W") and the Chicago Cubs second (since they like to "fly the W"). Then move on to Wisconsin, since they have a W on their football helmets, and then to Michigan since they're obviously just confusing the issue further by using it upside down.
