Hoping someone may be able to help. We’re trying to book flights through the sale for next weekend, we select the flights and class for each leg but end up with a total £700 or so more than the selected flights (allowing for tax). No phone lines are available and we don’t want to risk that amount of money without speaking with B A. We’ve taken a video of the booking process that shows the glitch.

Can anyone help with a way to contact BA where they may be able to deal with U.K. pricing. More than anything this is a tier point run with a bit of romance thrown in so not essential but frustrating.
