Well, I'm confused. You said in your original post that you didn't do it. Now you say you did. So if you did, scratch all the advice I've given & pay the fine.

I agree that doing that speed in a 60 zone is stupid. There's a reason for speed limits you know. Don't worry about hitting a roo in rural Sydney...you're more likely to hit someone's CHILD!
