How to handle RLS (restless legs) on flights
Hey there,
Just curious how anyone else with Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) handles longer flights (4 or more hours). Basically if I take anything for motion sickness that makes it worse. I've tried getting up to walk around, but that only works some of the time. One obvious solution would be to upgrade to first class. However, my budget rarely allows for this, and most times I'm flying on business. Just curious. Thanks,
