I can't believe one AM ticket costs more than 3 regular tickets. AM top-up (and AM in general) is a rip-off.
Why not get a revenue ticket of the same itinerary after you book the 2 free AM ticket? There seems to be no reason to buy AM first at $1800 and then use it to redeem ticket.
