I have stayed at most of the suburban Marriott north of Boston and my favourite one is the one behind the mall in Burlington (Boston Marriott Burlington), recently renovated with excellent service and breakfast. Only downside is that they did not convert the CL to the M Lounge concept, therefore it is closed on weekends. If you need to be in downtown Boston it is very conveniently located near I-95 and I-91.

The one in Peabody hasn't been renovated yet and the room decor and furniture definitely feel dated and subpar compared to the more contemporary look of newly redesigned Marriott rooms. Service was great.
