shoot, i was there 24 hours ago. i did not stay at the DoubleTree, however. but there is an embassy suites & hilton overlooking the falls. and then there are some hotels overlooking american falls.
i'm about to head up there again and actually book a room. so when i do, i'll provide a trip report too. hopefully it's not as stingy as the DT was though. we'll see. i think going in the fall (what i heard) is the best time to up there.
