Seriously, if you need a car for that long couldn't you do a short term lease cheaper than renting? An example:

Through Budget I put in those dates and it came to $3500 for a Chevy Malibu. Take a look at some of the subscription services too, Ford/ Lincoln has one and you could get a much nicer car for similar money.
