I have been doing the biz with EIN alongside Personal cards. Looks like when apply Biz with EIN, the app will by pass 8/65, but you will still have to wait 8/65 for the next personal card.

I used the following example for calendar year 2018, 8/62, 91 days rules I came up with 2 additional cards with biz in the mix.

Personal only: 8/62 12 cards 75 *12 =900k not including spending
