I called BR in Taiwan as well as travel agent who booked the flight for me all stated there are 2 Z space open on BR7 for 10/1.
Did you confirm the Z space on 9/23 or today?
Also how are you certain that your upgrades "cleared through I" if it ticketed as Z? Did you confirm, at time of ticketing, that not only I > 0, but also Z = 0?
Only confirming I > 0 and getting an upgrade cleared doesn't prove the ticket was upgraded through I inventory.
