Seattle to Bora Bora and Kyoto in June
Thinking about making this trip next year, business class. Any recommendations for airlines and routing? I'm thinking the most cost effective idea is to nexus in Hawaii?

Bonus - I heard its possible to go directly from PPT to IPC?
