I just phoned 1-877-996-7937 (WYN-RWDS) & "Sonia/ Sonya" answered. I told her of my missing points, only to hear her ask me, 'How did you get thru to me?' I answered, "By dialing 1-877-996-7937. I heard a recorded message for a few seconds, then you answered." She said, "This is an escalation line" not directly reachable by the public. She asked me my status level (Gold) and transferred me to Jeremy who said I would have to wait 4 weeks after Aug. 30 (the posting date of my 2nd stay,) which he mis-identified as Sep. 30.
