I know that, generally speaking, transferring to Marriott isn't a good value at 1:1 ratio, but you can get a larger value than Marriott/SPG hotel stays by then transferring to ANA or Asiana to book Star Alliance award flights. It's not as packed with potential as Hyatt, but there's absolutely some great values to be had there if you pay attention.
60K Chase UR points to 60K Marriott points to 25K ANA or Asiana points? That better be a crazy lucrative option to make it worth that transfer. (ANA is also a direct transfer with Membership Rewards where you'd get 60K ANA miles for 60K Amex points.)
