Called 2nd time: Got representative, friendly, transferred to retention specialist: this time super friendly and cracked some jokes with her re the weather bc she's in FL. She offered 7 billing cycles of me spending $1500 a month witha $50 credit each month totalling $350. I asked if there were any mile offers and she said 15K miles if spending 5K in 3 mos. Took the offer and told her to enjoy the weather!
