I love the SQ F lounge in SYD. Pam, who keeps that ship running, is an absolute gem. I'm only through there maybe once a year, and mostly on a TG F redemption, and she somehow remembers me every time (or fakes it really well, and either is a win!). Food is good and it's peaceful. Ticks ever box I need going out of SYD.

As for the food on board TG -- I would always recommend pre-ordering your meal, especially in C. I've generally been happy doing so. In F, I'm a sucker for the Thai Set Menus - especially as the entire set menu consistently gets served as a replacement for just the main course, which means deliciousness, food coma, and not worrying about what I might have to eat on my next flight.
