- click to send a new secure message
- topic "Match +xxk AA miles"
- Message "Will you as a one time courtesy please match me +xx,000 AA miles"

At first I couldnt find a secure message option thats why I called. Thinking it is only available to those who have citi checking. I now did Search for secure message and sent it as you layed out above. Lets see what happens.
