It's hard to predict what they will do in terms of trying to retain (or win back) elite level flyers. What we do know is that Gerry is a much more people-oriented person than Mullin, and understands that an airline needs customers (something that Leo the Bean Counter never quite figured out--and never would have). I wouldn't be at all that pessimistic that DAL won't make moves to undo some of the damage that the previous regime wrought. Time will tell, but I wouldn't think this would be the time to burn bridges behind you if you might want to go back over them yourself. I could easily be wrong--but let's hope not.
