Update;
1. I tried SDC when I check-in online - Did not work
2. I tried SDC when I drop my bag at Seoul City Terminal - Did not work
3. I successfully SDCed when I recheck my bags after customs in SFO. The UA agent at rechecking counter recommended to call UA and change my reservation. So I did.
