My photo of the late night dining menu is beyond all hope, so here's what was on offer:

Fresh garden salad
Grilled chicken satay with cashew nut sauce
[illegible] rice and pickled red onion with cucumber
Mini sliders
Beef and chicken burger with cheddar cheese, dill pickle and mesclun leaves
Ricotta ravioli with parmesan cheese sauce
Pecorino cheese, artichoke and baked tomatoes
Chocolate lava cake with salted caramel
Crème anglaise and diced mangoes
Cheese plate
Provolone, Pont l’Eveque and Bleu d’Auvergne, served with crackers and date paste

Breakfast isn't much better, but hopefully it's just about legible!
