Q1: Is it possible to change the destination once booked?

I am now looking to book a flight from London to San Francisco and return from Seattle to London.

I would prefer to fly out to Los Angeles but there is no availability.

Once I book the flight from London to San Francisco, if availability opens up on my preferred date, can I change it to London to LA?

I checked on the BA website and it refers to date / time changes incurring a fee of £35, but does not refer to location changes.

Q2: Is open-jaw possible on a companion voucher booking (given I am returning from a different location from where I flew to)?
